Resource Lending Library Borrowing Agreement

Lending Period: 2 weeks for Theme Boxes & 4 weeks for large equipment, resource materials & fine motor toys.

Outreach Lending Period: 4 weeks for all items.

Before returning items clean toys and check off inventory list to ensure all pieces are accounted for. Notify CCRR if something is missing. Toy Cleaning Instructions
